- Appointed as BA’s Revenue Management and Dynamic Offer Pricing domain and architecture consulting partner, our team was tasked with the definition of the overall offer and offer revenue management architecture and to support the design and selection of IAG’s next generation Revenue Management System components, including a “build vs. buy” strategy.
- Branchspace supports the enablement of BA to transition from RBD & ATPCo fare-based shopping to the concept of Offer & Order, including fully dynamic offers and abstracted products for ‘Right-to-Fly’.
- Supported the RFP preparation and execution, evaluation, selection, contracting, detailed solution design and currently implementation of Amadeus RMS and Dynamic Offer Pricing for BA (as publicly announced), as an early step towards the implementation of Nevio as BA’s future Offer and Order Management system.
