Branchspace contributes to the definition of the Target Revenue Management organisation and working practice. The overall objective is to develop effective and practical working practice that drive the optimal benefits from a Network Revenue Management system transitioning from a segment-based system and culture.
Branchspace:
- Participates to workshops with the Revenue Management leadership team to contribute to the target definition.
- Contributes to the elaboration of alternative targets with the associated Pros & Cons analysis.
Proposes a set of KPIs to apply to the target organisation (at team/individual level).
- Develops working method to address typical business performance issues and queries from across the commercial organisation - balancing the move to OD Market based working with the continuing requirement to understand route performance.
