Support the solution design, definition and sourcing for a ONE Order-based, next generation Order/Offer Management System​. Appointed as Air France – KLM’s (AFKL) domain and architecture consulting partner, our team is working closely with AFKL IT and multiple business owners and SMEs (incl. Revenue Management, finance, eCommerce, distribution / NDC and many others) to understand the pain points related to the current legacy ecosystem and elicit requirements to support the vendor selection for AFKL’s future technology partner for the transition to ONE Order.​
