In 2019, 2e Systems’ NDC solution obtained IATA Level 3 Capability certification, and has been successfully deployed to production. The integrated Offer and Order Management system supports digital retailing using industry-standard XML messaging. The platform allows airlines to connect with more business partners, both inside and outside of traditional travel distribution, and to offer more value and a transparent shopping experience to their customers. A Direct Connect JSON API is available for any operations outside of NDC standards. All our APIs are protected and managed using 2e Systems’ eeAPIGateway. Airlines can connect directly with partner airline APIs, sourcing content and making sub-orders outside of the traditional PSS, by using 2e Systems’ Interline NDC functionality.
