This planning process optimizes hotel and GT utilization to produce cost-efficiencies. API’s business rule engine generates the monthly hotel and GT schedules to comply with airline requirements as negotiated by our Sourcing Team with all crew hotels. We distribute hotel and ground transportation schedules electronically to all suppliers and ensure they have received and acknowledged those schedules.
